The Deimos Coronary Stent System is designed for successful stent delivery. The double helix design can be navigated through tortuous vessels, helps to reduce "fish scaling" when inserted and the low tip profile aids entry into lesions. The low stent profile allows easy lesion crossing and helps stents to be delivered successfully and by scaffolding. The open cell design, along with the double helix, aid the delivery into branch access and conformability. The metal to stent ration is 15-18 percent and is 0.0039 thick.
