Triton™ is a mechanical valve made of pure Pyrolitic carbon with an 85° leaflet opening angle. A sewing cuff ring that is pliant and spongy enables the use of various implanting methods by the physician. This then minimizes the time of implantation which is advantageous for the patient. This suture cuff includes more suture markers for a placement that is more precise. To reduce the establishment of thrombosis hazard, the valve has a low implant height and a set up pivotal system. On the other hand, sizer and accessories consistent with their functions enable rotation with ease and adjustment after operation. Triton comes in two versions to meet physiological annulus specifications and improve efficiency. The two models are: a standard performance for intra anular implantation and an advanced performance for supra anular implantation.
