This product has been designed for healthcare professionals practising the necessary skills for prophylactic and therapeutic male circumcision. It allows practitioners to perform the 3 most common methods of circumcision. Male circumcision is gaining recognition as an important practice for limiting the spread of HIV across Sub-Saharan Africa, as numerous regional and studies have noted a lower risk of HIV infection in men, as well as a lower HIV prevalence in populations where male circumcision is common.
