Rigid & Retractable Pendants The Rigid and Retractable pendants are particularly designed for use in operating theatres and anesthetic rooms. Features: The Rigid and Retractable pendants gas terminal units and electrical services are located above the head height. Thus it provides valuable free space surrounding the patient to position fixed or trolley mounted equipments. Up to 9 gases can be fitted to the bottom of the pendant, with mains socket outlets and extra-low voltage data and other electrical connection points being scattered around the base of the vertical section. All metal works are made of polyester powder coating to withstand wear and tear. It also provides easy clean finish. The retractable option allows the gas and electrical connection points to be lowered by 300mm to ease connection. Later the pendant can be removed out of the way during operations giving the possibility of movement necessary around the patient. It offers a cost effective solution where a multimovement pendant may not be practical or affordable.
