With a maximum action radius of up to 1.20 meters they provide a high degree of flexibility in the operation environment. In its standard configuration two sturdy vertical rails on the front side of the medium column offer possibilities to attach up to 4 height adjustable instrument platforms to carry additional equipment. These 492 models are equipped with at least one fix-mounted carrier platform which contains the operating panel for the optional pneumatic brake system. Alternatively a motordriven docking system can be integrated to hook up and lift anaesthesia machines (300 to 600 mm). The middle column is available in different sizes and configurations depending on the required amount of instrument platforms or height of the integrated motor.
