The DiagonGel 4Two implants are used with a soft gel at the rear to fit on the rib cage or a firm gel on the front to create a push-up effect. These implants are made with oval or round bases and can work with anatomical designs if necessary. These are made with PolyTxt or Microthane surfaces and with one of two projections. This is made with a spherical body and works well for nipple positioning and keeps pointing from being a burden. This uses a 90-degree angle on the tapered ends to keep dead space from being a burden. This keeps seroma and implant rotation from being a problem. Dislocation will not be a threat when this is used either.
