The OPTI® R Blood Gas and Electrolyte Analyzer uses the latest Optical Technology which offers perfect results for blood gases, acid-base balance, electrolytes and ionized calcium. It is free of maintenance having controls for Auto-QC Innovative optical technology. Optical technology is utilized by the OPTI R analyzer which is also being used in OPTI CCA for last 13 years. No electrodes or contact points are used by this technology, getting rid of the need for expensive electrode maintenance. Some of its added features include: Quality monitoring is automated; The OQM system controls the total system performance and performs corrective action when required; Integrated controls; the fluid pack includes three different levels of QC material for using in quality monitoring and quality control. The control materials are totally different from the material which is used for calibration.
