CONSTRUCTION: UPPER PLATE: Constructed from high quality Stainless steel (316 L / Thickness 15/10). Perforated across its entire upper surface except in the centre where most of the body lies (plain surface dimensions: 800 mm x 400 mm). The lower plate collects the liquids to be drained with no risk of passage into the 3 ventilation ducts. An overflow is provided. The top is maintained by 2 hinges with a stainless steel fixture system allowing the table to be left open. The holes are finished so that no sharp edges can cause injury to personnel. LOWER PLATE: Stainless steel (316 L / Thickness 15/10) equipped with a stainless steel water ramp, allowing permanent cleaning. 3 drainage points and an overflow system. 2 ventilation ducts. SUPPORT: The pedestal cover is made of 30/10 316 L stainless steel. The elevation system, the electrical systems and the ducting are all housed within the pedestal.
