It gives you the flexibility to perform either automated Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) test or Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) test. ABR technology utilizes proprietary Point Optimized Variance Ratio (POVR) Algorithm developed by the House Ear Institute, a leader in auditory research since 1946. Its efficient screening allows for the test to automatically stop if the probability of achieving a PASS result is very low. Statistics show that it has 99.96 % theoretical statistical bilateral sensitivity and 95 % specificity in Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE).
