These measuring prisms distinguish themselves by their optical and mechanical performance which allows for fast and reliable measurements in everyday practice. Experienced workers handmake a large majority of hte product and, while doing so, check for low tolerances in weight, optical quality, durability and for consistency in measurement results. Disinfecting them is easy with a number of commercially acceptable options, but Haag-Streit offers "Desinset" a tool to help disinfect them as well. If handled with care, they will last a long time and provide precise results for a large number of patients. Its longevity and usefulness make this product a good investment.
