The SOMNOtouch™ RESP is perfectly suitable for pediatric polygraphys and sleep apnea screenings: The device, which fits into a child's hand, is currently the smallest and lightest screener available and thus very comfortable to wear for the little patients. Its compact housing does not contain any loose small parts that could be swallowed nor any movable mechanical parts. Of course pediatric montages and analysis parameters are available to tailor the measurements exactly to child's and physician's needs.
