The aks-microplot plus is an antidecubitus cube mattress. It is applicable for prophylaxis and for decubitus up to stage II. The aks-microplot has been specifically designed for low weight patients with a body weight ranging from 40 to 120 kg. The aks-microplot plus mattress is supplied with the aks-proderm incontinence cover. The aks-microplot plus mattress has been designed with multiple cubes which have rounded surfaces, providing a reduction of shear force, pressure relief, and an improvement of the microclimate. Patient mobilization is supported due to the frame strengthening.
