Thermo Regulating Duvet Cover Insert The Thermo Regulating Duvet Cover Insert is made to use with a bed Duvet, sometimes called a Continental Quilt, Doona, Comforter Cover or some other names in other countries. To Fit: Lay the Duvet flat on the bed. Then lay the Thermo Regulating Duvet Cover Insert over the Duvet, tucking the corners of the Duvet into the cross section of the Miracle Grip, that is sewn across the corners of the Thermo Regulating Duvet Cover Insert. Then put the normal duvet cover over the duvet, making sure the corners remain tucked into the Miracle Grip. When placing the duvet back on the bed, ensure that the side with the Thermo Regulating material is facing down. Always check with a medical therapist that this item will be suitable. Washing: Hand or Machine Wash up to 80°C. Air Dry in Shade or Cool Tumble Dry. We recommend using a Pelican Washing Bag, Item 205 when machine washing this item to give a longer life, as washing can destroy the material faster than using it, just like a normal bed sheet.
