The Rotating field electrophoresis setup uses a pulsed field with a Rotaphor system to keep DNA separated beyond the 50 kb range. This is made with an electrode rotor that can work in many angles. There are two electrodes used with two sets of secondary setups to make it run right. This is made to work right with PAGE, ROFE, CHEF and FIGE methods. It separates larger DNA molecules of 8 Mb in size and uses one of the best resolution levels around. This is made for many sizes and can work without limitations on its total electrical field to keep it ready.
