Apart from the features that the standard PPSQ series has, this newly made sequencer software combines the two standard PPSQ system as well as the HPLC system software packages. This results in easy control of selection/input of analytical conditions, reaction steps, and analysis results from one window. Moreover, the sequencer software features chromatogram reprocessing in order to identify amino acid sequences. It is capable of processing several chromatograms aggregated by sample, thus improving its data analysis function. It also reduces noise levels with its new HPLC analysis system. This also enables high sensitivity detection of PTH amino acids.
