The MT-325UD perimeter is effective in detecting and assessing a wide range of glaucoma (from early to advanced stages) but also can analyze other various visual field abnormalities. In fact, Takagi's perimeters boast several decades of outstanding performance and great product quality. The MT-325UD can be used to perform kinetic quantitative perimetry in middle-stage glaucoma where peripheral vision defects start to appear, as well as in advanced stages of the disease. Because of this, though, an articulate assessment of the patient's visual field can be obtained. It has light and smooth stimulus movement which can be moved into any position during the examination.
