As the Band 7 Team Leader for the General Surgery Team, you will expected to have strong scrub practitioner knowledge, and leadership qualities to lead a team professionally and develop their skills further. You will be required to ensure that the practices and behaviours of staff meet our trust values, Theatre Standard Operating Procedures, as well maintaining high standards of quality care.
