Location: EMEA with monthly travel to Liege, Belgium

Travel: 25%

We are looking for someone to join Hologic and be the voice of our customers when we work on our Molecular Diagnostics products and to champion their cause. You should be a strategic thinker but a great storyteller. You can take our vision and define a go-to-market strategy.

This is an integral role in our marketing team!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing effective sales training tools and become recognized as a resource for the field sales team in product benefits and competitive positioning.
  • Research new market opportunities and develop business cases and justifications for new products or product modifications
  • Oversee Manage and drive marketing activities covering the complete product lifecycle from new product development, and new product introductions to product end of life
  • Monitor messaging and content including training/education materials in support of product strategy.

Not everyone can be a Molecular Diagnostics Product Manager, to be considered for the role we expect the following as a minimum expectation:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline.

Experience: Our mission is to be a global champion, and to do this we need you to be passionate, best-in-class and grounded in science. We want to see your experience and understanding of clinical diagnostic marketplace and customers.

You must have experience in laboratory assay development marketing or product management.

You will know how to develop and implement customer workflows, upstream market research, product road maps and downstream communication strategies.
