We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Specialist to join our Service Operations DACH team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Service contract administration experience
• Knowledge of Service Operations Process and associated Regulations
• Understanding of legal contract requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Excellent time management and personal organization skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good presentation skills and ability to train others in departmental processes
• Fluent English and German

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional customer contract renewals and review Hologic Service Level Agreements
• Manage and review non contract customer invoices in accounting system
• Oversee administrative Field Support functions. Escalation dispatch of regional Field Representatives to provide customer support
• Provide support to internal and external customers via email/voicemail/telephone
• Analyze reports and proactively update customers
