Interim PCU Manager in Florida

Join a Florida Healthcare System as Interim PCU Manager

 

 

The Position

 

  • The Interim PCU Manager will oversee a 52-bed unit that consists of 2 cardio-vascular step-down beds and 31 MS PCU beds.
  • Reporting to the Director of Inpatient Services, this leader will oversee a team of 50 FTEs.
  • Focusing on bringing stability to the unit including mentoring the staff.
  • Responsible for recruitment, retention, and increased patient satisfaction while ensuring the travel nurses are practicing according to the standards.
  • Seeking a strong “boots on the ground” leader with excellent communication skills and PCU experience.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Active RN required.

  • The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
