Critical to transforming and modernizing the website is the need for consistent, high quality, on-brand, compliant, customer-centric, and localized content across GEHealthcare.com and its 20+ global sites. This requires thoughtful, strategic oversight and standardization of work.

The Senior Digital Experience Project Manager (Senior PM) is responsible for providing agile project oversight for multiple digital and web projects for GE Healthcare. The Senior PM is a key member of the Marketing Digital Experience (MDX) team and will be responsible for managing and executing key web experience projects and priorities across GEHealthcare.com. These projects include, but are not limited to website implementations, as well as, day to day management of the current website’s development and optimization. The Senior PM will manage two project managers.

The Global MDX team is a center of excellence that is responsible for working with teams across GE Healthcare marketing to design omni-channel digital strategies that work together to drive brand perception and result in high quality leads, set the creative strategy that will bring programs to life, and to help ensure execution of the programs meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicator’s, take strategy from insight to action with outputs enabling GEHC to go to market with orchestrated, digitally led, multi-channel, insight-driven programs that activate compelling content and experiences on GEHealthcare.com.

The ideal candidate is experienced in project management; has strong communication, intrapersonal, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills; and experience working with a variety of internal stakeholders across the business. This role will act as a liaison between the Marketing Digital Experience (MDX) team, internal Digital Technology (DT), and business and regional marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  Provide Agile oversight for multiple projects in support of GE Healthcare business and regional marketing teams
• Identify, analyze and mitigate risks to maximize the results and minimize the consequences.
• Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope and timing, based on business needs
• Manage the planning and execution of digital programs and projects that achieve defined business objective
• Assist team in developing well-defined processes for tracking key project milestones, risks and recommend adjustments
• Communicate project and program strategy, direction, and changes to business leadership, peer groups, and business partners
• Sell, evangelize, and motivate peers and business partners to contribute time to a project effort
• Creates, revises and executes timelines as appropriate to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
• Coordinates project tasks to ensure completion by communicating action steps to internal development teams
• Facilitates project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc,)
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately
• Effectively disseminates relevant project information throughout the organization
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  
  5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision, lead projects, lead project teams, and work collaboratively as a team member
• Proven track record in delivering projects from the internal kickoff through launch
• Experience in managing multiple projects with tight and competing deadlines
• Strong facilitation, communication, and writing skills
• Experience with project management tools and JIRA/Rally
• Passion for project management, attention to detail, and organization (PMP a plus)
