Respondents Said Vue PACS Offers Advanced Features and Ease of Use
Carestream’s Vue PACS earned high ratings in MD Buyline’s Market Intelligence Briefing for Fourth Quarter 2013, in which users say the system is both feature-rich and easy to use, and they note that “Carestream is forward thinking with mobile access and products that provide additional functionality.”
Study participants commended Carestream for its reliability and smooth integration with other systems, commenting that “Carestream put a lot of focus and resources into integrating systems well” and added that the Vue PACS is very flexible. Users added: “Radiologists appreciate the high quality, structured reporting and enhanced toolset. IT managers and PACS administrators report the system is easy to administer and manage. Reporting is also meeting the unique needs of customers and facilities.”
Respondents also gave Carestream above average ratings for service and support. CARESTREAM Vue PACS has built-in 3D, PET/CT, lesion management and mammography tools, according to the report.
The MD Buyline PACS report includes user ratings in the following categories: system performance, reliability, installation/implementation, applications training, integration, service and support, and product flexibility.
