Nature of the Event
The EuSoMII Academy is an event to present, learn and discuss the practical applications of medical imaging informatics. The event aims at providing the radiologists , healthcare IT-professionals and others with the most relevant information on the new developments in imaging informatics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Educational needs and outcomes
The multidisciplinary Educational Board (composed by International Opinion Leaders in Radiology, Imaging Informatics, Clinical Physicists etc.) has pointed out the importance of a the awareness of all stakeholders in the e-Health environment concerning the ongoing changes in imaging informatics, including its threats and opportunities , in order to prepare themselves appropriately for using these innovations in their clinical practice, for hospital management and for research purposes.
