The Nordic Congress is organized every other year on behalf of the Nordic Society of Medical Radiology and the Nordic Society of Radiographers, federations of societies of Medical Radiology and Radiography in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

The 2017 Congress is organized by the Radiological Society of Iceland and the Icelandic Society of Radiographers. This will be the fifth Nordic Congress of Radiology to be held in Iceland - and our first since 2002.

The three-day meeting will take place June 29 to July 1, 2017. We focus on everyday challenges in Radiology with lecturers from both sides of the Atlantic sharing their experience. The congress venue will be Harpa, the new Reykjavík Concert Hall and Conference Centre, splendidly located by the sea in the old city center, close to the congress hotels. Reykjavík is a small city by international standards, yet has everything needed for a successful congress within walking distance - and our beautiful island is at its best during the summer when the midnight sun shines.
