M42 is pleased to announce the appointment of Dimitris Moulavasilis as Interim Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO), effective immediately. Dimitris will also join the company's Executive Team, while continuing in his current role as CEO of Diaverum, the largest independent renal service provider in Europe, which M42 acquired in 2023.
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and medical technology, Dimitris will spearhead M42's international expansion, leveraging the combined clinical excellence and technological leadership of M42 and Diaverum. His leadership will also drive the digital and AI transformation of patient care services across the Group.
This leadership change follows the departure of Ashish Koshy, to whom we extend our gratitude for his contributions to M42. We wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
