AMEE 2022 preconference workshops and ESME courses take place on 27 and 28 August with the main conference running from the evening of Sunday 28 to Wednesday 31 August.

Participate in person in Lyon: Attend any of the live sessions and present your own work in any of the conference formats. Catch up on sessions you miss by accessing the recordings either during or after the Conference. You can also access many of the virtual sessions either live or after the event through the Swapcard platform – access literally hundreds of sessions!

Participate virtually: Join in the live streams of plenaries, symposia and research papers from Lyon and contribute to the questions and discussion, or catch up on the recordings afterwards if the live sessions aren’t compatible with your own time zone. In addition you can submit to present your own work as a preconference workshop, short communication, AMEE Fringe, ePoster or conference workshop live, scheduled in one of three regional time zones:

USA/Canada/Latin America (-9 to -5 hours from CET (Lyon) time)

Europe/Middle East/India (-1 to +3.5 hours from CET (Lyon) time)

Asia/Pacific (+6 to +11 hours from CET (Lyon) time)
