Dr. Fiona Kiernan is the founder and CEO of Zeumed, a health economic advisory company. She holds a medical degree and a PhD in Economics from University College Dublin, as well as a Master’s in Health Economics, Policy & Management from LSE. With 16 years in medicine, including seven as a consultant anaesthesiologist, she advises payers, Ministries of Health and life sciences organisations. An experienced board member, she serves on two State Agency boards in the health sector.
