She holds a PhD in Laser Physics from Sorbonne University (Paris), along with Master’s degrees in Physics and Biomedical Engineering. Augmenting her scientific credentials, she has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School, and holds certified coaching diplomas. Dr. Zarychta has built a distinguished career evaluating transformative medical technologies and digital health solutions, serving as an Expert Advisor and Evaluator for the European Commission and contributing to global initiatives such as the WHO GATE program. Her ability to assess novel innovations is grounded in her deep technical expertise and strategic insight, honed through leadership roles across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. She currently serves on the boards of multiple companies, where she leverages her unique blend of scientific knowledge, business acumen, and global perspective to guide organizations through complex challenges and accelerate the development of patient-centered healthcare solutions.
