• Patrick PT Jeurissen

    PATRICK JEURISSEN, Ph.D., is full professor in healthcare finance and healthcare systems at Radboud University Medical School (0.8 fte) and Science Officer (0.2 fte) of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports in the Netherlands. He works at the cross-roads of health economics and health policymaking and is an expert on the design and implementation of strategic policies that address issues of fiscal sustainability and affordability. He has (co)-authored some one-hundred scientific publications, and was a (co)author of four books on the subject; he is also a sought for speaker on (inter)national forums. He further serves as an associate editor Health Policy, a renowned academic outlet in the field. He also has been an advisor for EU, WHO, OECD, and different European governments on issues of healthcare reforms and fiscal sustainability.
