• Chan Ee Yuee

    Asst/Prof Chan Ee Yuee is a Deputy Director of Nursing and Head of Nursing Implementation, Translation and Research Office, at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, and an Adjunct Assis/Professor at Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, National University of Singapore. She holds a MSc (Health Research Methodology), Masters in Nursing and PhD in Health Sciences. She launched Project Carer Matters, Singapore’s first nurse-led hospital-to-home framework of care to support patient-caregiver dyads at home. Supported by MOH’s National Innovation Challenge, she is currently leading Project Carer Matters 2, which aims to strengthen the caregiving ecosystem. Her interests are in translational research, ageing and caregiver research, health activation, and healthcare digitalisation.
