    Melissa is the Regional Training and Exercise Planner for the Regional Healthcare Emergency Preparedness (RHEP) Coalition. She has her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Healthcare Administration specialization and a minor in Occupational Education. She has earned two associate degrees through the Community College of the Air Force in Environmental Medicine and Instructor Technology. Melissa holds a Master Exercise Practitioner Certification. Ms. Rose has experience in Public Health, Healthcare Emergency Preparedness, Emergency Management, and is a USAF veteran.
