Ed de Kluiver, MD, PhD, is chairman of the Isala Heart Centre, the Netherlands. He is a member of the board of the Dutch Cardiovascular Association. His ambition is to offer large-scale specialised cardiac care in the living environment of the patient. He would like to expand the current Isala virtual heart centre and build the required technical and organisational infrastructure to achieve this.
