    Eugene Fidelis Soh is the CEO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Central Health in Singapore, serving a population of 1.4 million. He is Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Chairman of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation Co-Learning Network. He is a medical doctor by training with an MA in Public Health from Harvard University and is an alumni of the Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School.
