One of our major successes nationally and internationally is the rollator Let’s Go for indoor use – a rollator with many features and a unique design that has attracted a lot of interest worldwide. The company is young and innovative, 7 years old and based in Malmoe, Sweden. We export to more than 25 countries; Scandinavia, Germany, The Netherlands, Japan and Australia being our largest markets. Our credit rating is AAA.

OUR UNIQUE DESIGN
Our design department makes up the core of TrustCare. The result can be seen all over the world in TrustCare products. Within the field of aids for the disabled, design has not yet been a priority in product development. TrustCare’s philosophy states the importance of design for the development and improvement of aids and their functions. We have attracted much international attention by being the first company to present a new way of thinking in the aids field, by making them more attractive to the user.
TRUSTCARE LEADING THE EVOLUTION
TrustCare has an internal construction department to ensure full control over the quality of the company’s products. This also gives us the possibility to continuously modify and create new and better solutions, something that we will never sacrifice. We are constantly looking for improvements for the user. Unique to TrustCare is the fact that we carry out our own surveys in groups of 15 users three times a year. We do not reveal which company is doing the survey, to ensure honest answers about the advantages and disadvantages of the rollators. This is important information to us, and helps us to constantly improve our products for users.
Tests include stability, tip risk, folding, brakes, materials and long-term durability. This movie shows how the rollator is fatigue tested with a heavy load lifted and dropped a total of 200,000 times. This ruthless process runs for almost one week, around the clock.
WE TEST AND WE TEST
RELENTLESSLY
TrustCare has an internal test laboratory where we test all our products. Tubes, aluminum profiles, and plastic parts are meticulously tested and analyzed. We perform allergenic tests on, for example, the handle material. We expose them to water and heat stress, and the final product is thoroughly tested before it is submitted to a certified test institute for final tests and approval. We employ one of Europe’s leading test institutes in Germany, which tests the products according to international standards.
