Rondex Products Inc

Endorse Company

Rondex had its beginnings in 1978 with the introduction of a Mouth-to-Mask device for ventilating the patient during CPR. It occurred to us in those early years that direct mouth contact with the patient can be very difficult because of the high occurrence of vomiting during CPR.During the 1980's we witnessed another concern about doing direct Mouth-to-Mouth ventilation. The United States Center for Disease Control, CDC, considers blood, saliva or any body fluid or secretion as potentially infectious. Many people trained to do CPR have reservations about having direct mouth contact with a stranger.
