Company Profile About us quartett Immunodiagnostika, Biotechnologie + Kosmetik Vertriebs GmbH was founded as a family-run company in 1986 and supplies its customers with biochemicals, reagents for IHC, histology, cytology and with newly cosmetics. quartett owns two production sites that are certified according to EN ISO 9001:2008 & EN ISO 13485:2012 + AC:2012 and work in compliance with GMP conformity. Our quality management guarantees products of highest quality. Over the past decades we have steadily improved and enhanced our capabilities to satisfy your expectations. All products are exclusively manufactured in Germany without outsourcing any production step. The company specialized its product profile in the field of manufacturing synthetic peptides for antibody production, peptides such as protease inhibitors (AEBSF, Alafosfalin, Amastatin, Antipain, Bestatin, Leupeptin, Pepstatin A ...), biochemical reagents and products for histology, cytology and immunohistochemistry (detection systems, special stains, buffers, antibody diluents, mounting media ...). Furthermore, our product portfolio includes more than 8000 antibodies for IHC applications as well as DNA probes for FISH applications. But we are not only limited to provide our customers with consumable chemicals. Since quartett already offered cosmetic peptides, in 2011 we started working in the cosmetic field creating YOUmeDERM® care products. This includes our hand balm and hand lotion for chemical stressed hands and our “Smooth Touch” line consisting of body lotion, body oil and bath oil for your individual wellness program. One of quartett‘s new services are peptide analytics including qualitative and quantitative analysis of amino acids as well as the development of innovative natural ingredients for cosmetic formulation, product development, process optimization, regulatory affairs, sample batch production and small-scale production.
