The Company was founded in 1988 as a producer of Infectious Disease Antigens, primarily for the diagnostics market. The Virology business develops, manufactures and distributes infectious disease antigens for the medical diagnostic and vaccine research industries. The Company has commercialized over 60 products derived from infectious pathogens cultured and processed at its facilities. The Company operates out of two facilities: the infectious disease antigen manufacturing facility located at 265 Watline Avenue, Mississauga, Ontario; and a leased facility at 115 Skyway Avenue, Toronto, where administration offices are located.
