During the 18 years, which passed since its foundation, LUT developed from a 2-men business to an internationally operating company. Whereas in former times simple sketches were sufficient and deals were closed by handshake, very modern production machines are available today for the production of endoscopes. Handsales still exist. Even if they come, in the meantime, often along with contracts and clauses, LUT adheres that: a word is a word; sincere and honest relations are more important than fast deals. Still today, more than 20 salespersons in Germany, South America and Asia act according to those principles.
