Dean Janes founded the Company as Imaging Services, Inc. on October 29, 1993. In order to better position the Company for its future direction -- away from service and towards providing proprietary medical imaging products -- the Company changed its name from Imaging Services, Inc. to Imaging3, Inc. on August 20, 2002.While the Company began as a service provider, it quickly expanded to include equipment and parts sales, both new and renewed. Today, Imaging3 is the largest remanufacturer of C-arms in the world. A C-arm is an integral component of a fluoroscopic imaging system used for various types of surgery.
