Our micro actuator is composed of the decelerator that decelerates the output rotational speed of the motor and the motor that becomes a driving source.
The decelerator adopts the principle different from the planetary gear generally known and paradox gear method.

This paradox gear decelerator is characterized in the module's being composed of the plastic gear of micro and high longevity of 0.1 or less development by applying the metal mold and the tribology technology of The University of Iwate. 

Figure 1 is an example of plastic micro gear of module 0.066 used for our company Φ6 micro actuator.
