Great Bear was established in March 2007 and is a British, privately owned Company. The Directors have over a century of experience in the Urology market place after successfully selling Simpla Plastics Ltd and Pelican Healthcare Ltd.

Accreditations

Great Bear has attained full accreditation for the highly recognised quality standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003, and all products are CE marked in accordance with the European Directive 93/42/EEC. All sterile processes are assessed for sterility by a MHRA accredited body.

Great Bear is a member of the British Healthcare Trade Association, Urology Trade Association and is a corporate member of the Association of Continence Advisors and Bladder and Bowel Foundation. All Great Bear products are listed on Drug Tariff.
