FIXUS BV Fixus is company based in the Netherlands responsible for the development and sales of the Fixus External Fixation System. Fixus fixators are inhouse developed and worldwide distributed. Fixus is a company established in 2006 for the development and sales of innovative external fixation systems. From 2006 till 2011 Fixus focused on external fixation for Trauma surgery. In 2011 Fixus has diversified its view by adding general orthopedic with the start of the development of the FIX88 for Reconstructive surgery. To obtain a high level of products Fixus BV is EN ISO 13485:2012 certified for development and sales of medical equipment. Together with the ISO, Fixus follows the MDD to certify its products with CE marking. Following the MDD, Fixus External Fixators are classified as CE Class I. For continuous innovation Fixus works side by side with surgeons and distributors in the field to make external fixation more useful in the market and more patient friendly. Fixus works with a flat organization of skilled employees to be able to convert a request into a product in the shortest period while respecting the regulatory and client requirements.
