We work with international distribution partners to make NanoVi™ products available in foreign markets. NanoVi™ devices represent a new era of bio-identical signaling technology for stimulating oxidative response. Since 2003 Eng3 has been selling products referred to as activated air devices that also address oxidative stress damage. The new NanoVi™ products were announced in late 2010, replacing previous activated air devices. Technical Focus Our approach is to improve cellular activities without pharmaceuticals. Instead of overriding natural functions by introducing a substance, NanoVi™ devices are designed to stimulate the body’s own oxidative response, which protects against and repairs oxidative stress damage.

Eng3 worked with Indiana University School of Medicine – Terre Haute to develop the scientific foundation for the technology. Through years of scientific research, the mechanisms for signaling technology have been discovered and the importance of these mechanisms verified. Previous activated air technologies, including Active Air (or ActiveAir), Airnergy and their predecessor Valkion, used a catalyst designed to produce a reactive oxygen species (ROS). The ROS then emitted a specific signal to ultimately initiate a biological response. With this approach, it was not possible to verify what was emitted or how much was produced. Unlike the Valkion, Airnergy or Active Air devices, Eng3’s new technology relies on the direct creation and control of the ROS-specific signal. With our approach, the signal can be measured. This precision allows Eng3 to move from a conceptual explanation to a measurable output. For the NanoVi™ device, it is possible to quantify the emission levels and the exact type of the ROS-specific signals. A leading research University tested the NanoVi™ technology and verified that the desired type, quantity and quality of the emitted signal are exactly what is produced. Product Innovation Relying on customer-focused design, Eng3 made significant advances in usability.

A touch screen user interface is precise, intuitive and easy to operate. Another improvement in usability is a completely new way to connect the easy–to-clean water container. It slides in or out of the device, without any tricky connections. A permanently connected High-Performance tubing reduces the length of the nasal cannula and therefore improves the signal delivery. An integrated smart card reader allows highly efficient access control in professional environments. Eng3’s team of German, American and Canadian engineers designed and developed the intellectual property and its technological realization for the NanoVi™ devices. Most of the manufacturing, including final assembly, takes place in Seattle, a leading center for Life Science and Bio-Medical Technology in the U.S. Header (h1) -->Staff at Eng3 are supportive and responsive to all the things necessary to inform potential customer so they make more informed decisions.
