Duoject Medical Systems was founded in 1985 by Mr. David Reynolds, providing solutions to enhance drug administration to patients by licensing its novel delivery devices to pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

In the early 1990’s, Duoject began developing and licensing innovative drug reconstitution systems, adding to its growing medical device portfolio. In the past 30 years, over 80 patents covering mixing, delivery and safety systems have been made available to the industry. Duoject also began offering Design and Engineering services to its pharmaceutical clients in need of a customized and proprietary solution for their specific applications.

In 2010, Duoject invested in manufacturing in order to supply its own line of medical devices: the EZLink™ and PenPrep EVO™ reconstitution devices.  It received its ISO13485 certification in 2013 and has built strong relationships with its medical device contract manufacturers.
