The project has been conceptualized and set up with an aim to Design, Develop and Manufacture world-class medical devices and equipment for single use and multiple uses. Quality We have a dedicated Design & Development facility in house, equipped with latest design and development software’s supported with a range of conventional tool room machines. This infrastructure provides us the ability of continuously improving our products and services to meet the ever-changing requirements (with very quick and prompt response time) of the medical fraternity. This Design & Development facility is also supported with an in house Analytical Laboratory (Government Approved), which assists in product development as well as Quality Assurance of production environment and the products we manufacture.
The company’s infrastructure is managed by a team of experienced professionals having advanced technical capabilities in the medical devices field in India. Infrastructure The manufacturing facility has been established in a pollution free area in Ballabgarh, Faridabad Haryana (India). The facility is spread over 11,400 Square Meters plot and it is located on the main National Highway No. 2, situated about 25 Kms. from the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Our manufacturing facility and the Quality Management Systems are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2012 compliant and our products are CE-certified. Developed the Dies & Moulds, Semi-Automatic Assembly Machines, Jigs & Fixtures and Gauges for the commercial production of IV Catheters in-house. The manufacturing processes have been validated and the commercial production has already commenced satisfactorily. We are currently having an installed capacity of more than 60 Million Medical Devices per annum.
The installed capacity is already being enhanced and it shall reach 120 Million Medical Devices per annum by end of 2013 and 180 Million Medical Devices per annum by end of 2014. The production is carried out in Clean Rooms of Class 10,000 and Controlled Areas of Class 100,000, established as per International Standards.
