Company Profile Precision in details Established in 1997, CG.TEC specialises in MICRO-MOLDING and overmolding of HIGH-PRECISION technical parts. We manufacture miniature parts with tight tolerances out of technical polymers (PEEK, PPS, PBT, COC, PS, PC, POM...). Products may be manufactured in clean-rooms. The product portefolio includes implantables parts, disposables, small instruments, lab-on-chips, components for micro-motors, valves... Molds are manufactured on-site, once the design for manufacture study is over. We pay special attention to automate the production, so as to obtain a stable quality and a cost-effective price. We operate according to the ISO 13 485 Standard. Traceability is garantied at all steps of the process.
