Cefndy’s greatest asset is the intangible – its customer service and the loyalty of its customer-base. Cefndy is no longer regarded as just another manufacturer, but also a resource for information and advice. There has been a pro-active approach to new product development throughout the last 10 years and this continues with the constant reference to professionals and clinicians who are experts in their fields.
