Plastic Components and Plastic Machining Services Carville are a contract manufacturing company specialising in the precision machining, bonding and polishing of Perspex Acrylic, Rohm Plexiglas and other engineering grade plastics. Carville developed and manufactured the worlds first haematology manifold for a blood diagnostic application in 1980 and has since produced millions of diagnostic manifold components for customers in Europe, Asia and the USA. Carville have further developed our manufacturing techniques and now produce micro fluidic devices for use in clinical chemistry and medical diagnostic applications. As a contract manufacturing company, Carville work with our customers from the initial product concept through to prototypes and volume production. The Carville production facility is accredited with ISO9001 and is equipped with a full range of heat treatment ovens and CNC machine tools. Carville operate scheduled manufacturing agreements with our customers. Schedule agreements allow product to be manufactured economically, finished goods to be held in stock and deliveries made quickly.
