Service & Repairs

In the unlikely event you must return a product for repair, please be assured that service and repair requests receive special handling throughout our entire organization. Our repair turnaround is less than 5 days from the time we receive the instrument AND purchase order authorization for repair, if required. Service and calibration are performed by the same people who build the instrument using NIST traceable test stands and factory assembly fixtures and procedures.
