BioGnost Ltd BioGnost Ltd. for development, production and marketing of farmaceuticals is a family-owned company founded and owned by Ivan Marchiotti, MD and Mirjana Marchiotti-Ulip, MPharm. It was founded in 1990 as a medical device manufacturing company, and in 1997 the Croatian Ministry of Health granted BioGnost the License for manufacture of medical products. Production and distribution of medical devices and reagfents remains our core business.

Today, BioGnost can confidently claim to be the Croatian market leader in this business and together with its sibling companies - BioGnost BH in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and BioGnost S in Belgrade, Serbia and an annual turnover of 4.0M EUR BioGnost group is significant factor in the region. The Quality Management System was first introduced by implementing the ISO 9001:2000 in 2003, and the new version of the standard in 2008. The particulars applicable to medical products, regulated by the ISO 13485:2003 standard have been in place since 2003. Both quality management systems are regulalry audited recertified by DNV. All diagnostic reagents and kits produced and distributed by BioGnost bear CE mark.
